
🫒 Seed Crackers and Hummus
My go to snack when I get home from work and I need something fast is seed crackers and hummus. I make enough to last a week and my girls love grabbing the crackers to snack on too.

Equipment
- Food processor or hand held blender
- Large oven tray
- Baking Parchment
- Measuring jug
- Measuring cups
Ingredients
Seed Crackers
- 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1 cup Chia seeds
- 1/4 cup Linseed seeds Also known as flax seed
- 1/2 cup Sesame seeds
- 170 ml water
Hummus
- 1 can Chickpeas in water
- 5 tbsp Tahini paste
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
Instructions
Seed Crackers
- Mix all the seeds and water together and let them soak for 20mins
- Spread out onto a baking tray lined with baking parchment and bake for 40mins to 1 hour until starting to brown on 150°c fan / 170°c
- Allow to cool, break into biscuit size and store in an air tight container
Hummus
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and whiz up….its that simple !
- This will keep in a container in the fridge for up to 5 days
Notes
- Add water to the hummus if you prefer a smoother paste or more lemon !
