Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Thursday that are in stock will be dispatched same day on a next day delivery.
Orders received on a Friday that are in stock will be delivered the next working day.
If your item is Made to order then this will be 2-3 weeks as these items are hand made.
All UK orders that contain a William Abdy Made in Sheffield knife are shipped using Royal Mail Next Day and you must prove you are over 18 to receive your parcel. See our Over 18s Policy.
This is verified by the Royal Mail delivery driver who will require either a passport or driving licence as evidence of an age check.
You cannot request a safe place drop off, any parcel containing a knife must be handed to a person who is able to prove they are over 18 so please bear this in mind when placing your order. If you are ordering a knife as a gift or to be delivered to someone other than yourself, please bear in mind they will be required to provide proof of age in order to take delivery.

Changed your mind? You have a 14 day cooling off period in which to return your goods. Postage must be paid for by yourself and ownership remains with yourself until the goods are received at our office.
Should there be a quality issue with the product/s we will refund you in full including the postage paid to return the goods to us.
We will not refund should there be evidence a product has been misused.
