🫒 Seed Crackers and Hummus
My go to snack when I get home from work and I need something fast is seed crackers and hummus. I make enough to last a week and my girls love grabbing the crackers to snack on too.

Ingredients
Seed Crackers

Pumpkin seeds

Sunflower seeds

Chia seeds

Linseed seeds
Also known as flax seed

Sesame seeds

water
Hummus

can
Chickpeas in water

tbsp
Tahini paste

tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
Instructions
Seed Crackers
Mix all the seeds and water together and let them soak for 20mins
Spread out onto a baking tray lined with baking parchment and bake for 40mins to 1 hour until starting to brown on 150°c fan / 170°c
Allow to cool, break into biscuit size and store in an air tight container
Hummus
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and whiz up....its that simple !
This will keep in a container in the fridge for up to 5 days
Notes
Add water to the hummus if you prefer a smoother paste or more lemon !
